Package Your Items
Carefully disassemble and secure your furniture back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Ship or Schedule Pickup
Small decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label, while larger furniture pieces require a scheduled home pickup by our specialized freight partners.
Receive Your Refund
